Information stored on your device

The app stores best scores, the selected course, the current shift, and sound, vibration and language settings on your device. Store purchase evidence used to check the full unlock is also kept on the device. This information is not sent to RowanZone servers.

Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove local progress. Operating system backup and recovery are handled by Apple or Google according to your device settings. The app does not provide its own cloud sync.

Purchases and restoration

Apple App Store or Google Play handles payments and purchase restoration. The app uses official store functionality to check products and purchase status. The app and RowanZone servers do not store card numbers or payment account passwords.

Information processed by the store during payment is subject to that store’s privacy policy. Normal gameplay does not require a store connection.

Using this website

This website consists of static information pages. It uses no analytics tools, ads, accounts or tracking cookies, and loads no external fonts or videos.

Web server operation and error diagnosis may record IP addresses, request times, requested paths and browser information in server logs. Gameplay data is not sent to this website.

Email support

If you email us, we use your sender address, message and attachments to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include unnecessary personal information. You can request deletion of your support email using the contact address below.

Deletion and choices

You can remove locally stored gameplay information by clearing app data or deleting the app. Manage data held in operating system backups through the relevant service’s settings. Purchase records and refunds are managed by the store.
